2. What to prepare before you write
The more complete the brief, the further the first conversation gets. These five are what we ask about when assessing feasibility and price:

Requirement review, material and structure proposal, tooling, sampling, production, quality confirmation and dispatch — all inside our own factory in Tanzi, Taichung, not split across subcontractors.
4. Getting here
The factory is at No. 200-11, Ln. 399, Sec. 2, Yatan Rd., Tanzi Dist., Taichung 427, Taiwan, close to the Fengyuan interchange on National Highway 1 and Tanzi railway station. The lane is an industrial access road, so navigate to "Ln. 399, Sec. 2, Yatan Rd." and then look for the street number. Please call ahead so we can have the right engineer available.

Yes, though we ask you to call ahead. The line runs to a schedule, and booking a time lets us have the right engineer with you rather than catching the plant mid-changeover. Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 (GMT+8); closed weekends and public holidays.

Normally within Taiwan business hours. If the enquiry involves new material evaluation or a tooling estimate we will acknowledge first and follow with a concrete proposal as the assessment progresses, rather than leaving you waiting in silence.
Yes. We supply brands and shoe factories outside Taiwan and can quote FOB or on other agreed terms. Written enquiries in English are welcome; note that our patent certificates and third-party test reports are issued in Chinese, and we can walk you through them on a call.
